Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MR Schedule and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the Service.

13. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MR Schedule operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
